Consider the Benefits

Guidebook social media posts are a quick, effective way to boost your visibility and give students a reason to stop by your table or follow up after the event. Students are constantly engaging with the Guidebook app to view the schedule, navigate the event, and learn about attending institutions. Social posts appear in their feed just like a push notification, making them one of the most visible forms of communication before and during the Diversity Forum.

By scheduling your post at the right time (morning of, mid-event, or in the days prior), you can:

  • Create anticipation before students even arrive
  • Reinforce your table location and offerings on the day of
  • Prompt immediate digital engagement through your link
  • Remind students of unique aspects of your program (funding, fellowships, alumni outcomes, etc.)
